Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Please note that return or refund requests cannot be processed while the order is in transit. If anything seems wrong with your shipment, feel free to contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Order Cancellation

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been processed.
After this period, or once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Return Conditions

We want you to enjoy your CarMiniDrum, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Have no signs of wear, marks, or damage
  • Include all original components and packaging (intact)

Once the product has been used or installed, it is considered accepted and no longer eligible for return.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

When Refunds Are Not Applicable

To keep things fair for everyone, refunds cannot be issued in the following situations:

  • The order is still in transit
  • The product has been used or installed
  • The return conditions are not met
  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided
  • The customer refuses delivery or does not collect the package
  • The order is marked as delivered

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the result.

If approved, your refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days, in accordance with applicable laws.
